Master of Law (LLM), graduated from TULANE LAW SCHOOL, New Orleans, Louisiana – United States of America, 1999.

He has ample experience in the private practice of law, with special emphasis in environment energy, natural resources and corporate law.
He has represented and represents associations of agropecuariam producers such as the Asociación Rural del Paraguay (cattle breeders Association) Union de Gremios de la Producción (agricultural and rural producers).
His professional activities have included representation of multinational companies, both in Paraguay and in other countries in the region, having participated in board of directors of British companies, which has confirmed his skills as an international corporate lawyer.
He has been a university professor of Politics and Environmental Legislation in postgraduate courses at the National University of Asunción.
